Implemented leaf-block parsing and renderer support. Primary acceptance improved to 97/105 examples, but 8 leaf examples still fail; secondary acceptance was not passing.

- Remaining failures involve nested containers, multiline code spans, and advanced HTML/reference-definition semantics.
