SUMMARY:
Implemented delimiter-run emphasis and strong-emphasis parsing, including nesting, flanking, intraword rules, modulo-three constraints, and overlap precedence. Focused suite passes: 132/132 examples; regression tests pass.

BLOCKERS:
- Full suite still has pre-existing block-parser failures unrelated to emphasis.
