Implemented parser/evaluator fixes for recursive descent, generator indexes, ranges, slices, computed-key validation, paths, bindings, and control precedence. Project tests pass: 32 passed.

Scoped acceptance remains failing:
- parse-003: 331 passed, 123 failed, 1 errored, 9 skipped
- parse-004: 153 passed, 57 failed, 1 errored, 13 skipped

BLOCKERS:
- Significant evaluator functionality remains incomplete, including builtins, assignment semantics, function scoping, and advanced control behavior.

FAILURE_SUMMARY: Scoped conformance suites still fail.
FAILURE_DETAIL: Both authoritative acceptance commands executed successfully but reported nonzero fail/error tallies; further evaluator and builtin implementation is required.
