Existing tests pass: 32 passed. PARSE-004 remains failing: 116 passed, 95 failed, 13 skipped. PARSE-003 timed out on the authoritative corpus. BLOCKERS: - Significant evaluator semantics remain incomplete, including assignments, user-defined function scoping, paths, reductions, and deep structures. FAILURE_SUMMARY: Scoped conformance criteria still fail. FAILURE_DETAIL: pytest passes, but the authoritative PARSE-004 slice reports 95 failures and PARSE-003 does not complete within the timeout.
