Requires exactly one `-run` pattern argument, builds `./cmd/toml-decoder`, invokes `sources/run_conformance.sh`, and uses the command exit status as the verdict. Defaults `TOML_TEST_VERSION` to `v2.2.0`. RESULT: SUCCESS FILES CHANGED: - internal/toml/toml.go - toml-decoder SUMMARY: Fixed multiline quote-run parsing and line-comment boundary handling. Scoped acceptance passes: strings valid 23/23, strings invalid 77/77, keys valid 28/28, keys invalid 61/61. Go tests and vet pass. BLOCKERS: - Full conformance remains outside this block’s string/key scope and still has unrelated array, scalar, datetime, and table failures.
